All orders are calculated by weight at checkout. Starting at a rate of $10.00 NZD for one item.)

Items are sent via NZ post 

-A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.

As TAHN HQ is outside the Metro area it can take a day or to longer so please allow extra time for this as well as taking into consideration if you are also outside the metro area.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders dispatched within 1 working day via NZ POST. Tracking will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Orders should be received within 6 to 10 business days. International order shipping estimates do not include custom clearance times. 

CUSTOMS & DUTY CHARGES
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. TAHN cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and TAHN will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees, as this is an illegal practice.
