PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund for change of mind about an item.
We are happy to provide you with a full refund, item exchange or store credit only if goods are deemed faulty.
***We ask that you email us BEFORE returning any items and wait for our REPLY as this will allow us to assess and approve whether your item is eligible for refund or exchange or credit note.
APPROVED RETURN ITEMS MUST BE
• Returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed with tags attached.
• Please note: no refund or exchange on SALE items.
Customers are responsible for shipping of returned items for a size exchange PLUS the the return shipping back to them. The customer should supply a self addressed correctly sized post satchel for their exchange item and send it back with their item.
